    Document format error.

    We've noticed that you have said that your files are press-ready, but are trying to upload artwork that is not in PDF format. Unfortunately, we can only accept PDF files for printing. There are two ways to fix this:

    • Convert the file to a PDF with the correct bleed, as stipulated in the artwork specifications page.
    • Select the option to "Check my artwork / make print ready", and we will do that for you.
