Delivery Policy

*Delivery to country areas may cost extra. All goods are sold 'ex factory' and any charge for delivery is incurred as your agent. All costs shown above are inclusive of a delivery charge, that is incurred as your agent. Should you collect the goods from our premises, the cost will be adjusted to exclude the delivery charge component.

Return/Refund Policy

Please note: Whilst every care is taken, Heroprint cannot be held responsible for any errors on final output generated by you, or the software you use in creating files for output. The final check before we receive your files is your responsibility. Printing errors will result in replacement or refund.

Disclaimer

We Print It print for the trade only, ie. printers, advertising/marketing agencies, graphic designers.

We Print It reserves the right to reject clients it does not deem as 'trade clients'.

We accept electronic artwork from Windows and Mac OS applications, which must be complete with proofs attached. All prices include GST, freight, file downloading, film, plates, stock and printing. A credit application and/or part payment may be requested for new clients. Should you send us your artwork via ftp or email, we require a proof to be faxed to our offices.
