Acceptance of orders is subject to credit approval and
contingencies such as fire, water, strikes, theft, vandalism,
acts of God, and other causes beyond We Print It’s
control. Cancelled orders require compensation for incurred
costs and related obligations.
Order specifications are based on the accuracy of the
information supplied and instructions provided. You have
every opportunity to review the specifics of an order
before it is placed. The order confirmation page summarises
all details pertaining to a particular order and We Print
It readily encourages you to print a hard copy for your
own records.
Production schedules will be established and followed
by the parties involved. In the event that production
schedules are not adhered to, delivery dates will be subject
to renegotiation. There will be no liability or penalty
for delays due to state of war, riot, civil disorder,
fire, strikes, accidents, action of government or civil
authority, acts of God, or other causes beyond We Print
It’s control. In such cases, schedules will be extended
by an amount of time equal to delay incurred.
Delivery to country areas may be extra. All goods are
sold “ ex factory” and any charge for delivery
is incurred as your agent. All costs shown above are inclusive
of a delivery charge, that is incurred as your agent.
Should you collect the goods from our premises, the cost
will be adjusted to exclude the delivery charge component.

We Print It
can not take responsibility for artwork errors resulting
from client supplied artwork not conforming to our recommended
artwork specifications. Printing errors will result in
replacement or refund.
We accept electronic artwork from Windows and Mac OS
applications, which must be complete with proofs attached.
All prices
shown include GST, freight, films, plates, stock and
printing. They do not include artwork, typesetting, design,
scanning
or download.
A credit application and / or full or part
payment may be requested for new clients.
Should you
send us your artwork via ftp or email, we require a
proof to
be faxed to our offices.
Please note that printing orders placed online on this
website require the submission of complete, “Press
Ready” electronic artwork set up in accordance
with our Artwork Specifications documented under the
Print Support Area.
Any artwork that is submitted in an incomplete state
will require a re-quotation and the print price indicated
for the product will not apply.
Quotes based on the supply of
unfinished art or where new art is to be created are
subject to change based
upon
the viewing of the supplied material. Any authors corrections
or additions to artwork will be charged accordingly.
Colour Disclaimer
Great care is taken to match colours as accurately as
possible. Please note however that as CMYK work involves
the grouping of like print jobs together marginal colour
variations are to be expected. These marginal variations
will occur from one print run to another.
A 100% exact colour match is not possible. The most accurate
means of colour matching entails printing the job in
isolation
as a stand alone job. This means of printing is not however
always possible and will result in the print cost of
the
job being significantly greater.
The grouping together of CMYK work allows for economies
of scale which results in a cheaper end cost to the client
and a quicker turnaround of the printed matter.
Printing according PMS colour numbers for non CMYK or
Pantone work does provide a high level of colour consistency but
again cannot achieve 100% colour matching.
